1. Eligibility: The Spraytec Super Bowl 60 Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules (“Rules”). The Sweepstakes is VOID in Florida and New York. Entries from residents of Florida and New York are void and shall not be eligible to win any Prize.  The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal residents of one of the other forty-eight (48) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Employees, officers, and managers of Spraytec Fertilizers LLC (and its affiliated companies), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
2. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Spraytec Fertilizers LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“Sponsor”) located at 3215 99^th Street, Urbandale, Iowa 50322.
   Sponsor may engage or collaborate with one or more third parties with respect to promotion surrounding the Sweepstakes (such third parties “Promotional Associates”), but Sponsor is the sole sponsor of the Sweepstakes. No statements or decisions of any Promotional Associate or other third party will in any way modify these Rules or have any binding effect with respect to the Sweepstakes.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (referred to hereinafter as “you”, “your”, etc.), including you, fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor and agree that such decisions shall be final and binding for all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant (including you) which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be out of compliance with these Rules.
4. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on or about December 10th, 2025 and ending on January 14, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period shall be disqualified and void.
5. How to Enter: Entries to the Sweepstakes will primarily be via Instagram as described in this Section 5. Sponsor will make a post on Sponsor’s Instagram account on or around the beginning of the Entry Period with an indication that such post is the designated Sweepstakes post (or reasonably equivalent description) for purposes of the Sweepstakes (“Designated Post”). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must do all of the following prior to 11:59 PM (Des Moines, Iowa time) on the final day of the Entry Period: (A) “like” the Designated Post using Instagram’s “like” functionality; (B) register as a follower of Sponsor’s Instagram account; (C) share the Designated Post via your own Instagram account; (D) and tag at least three (3) additional people (e.g. excluding yourself) in the Designated Post using Instagram’s tagging functionality.  Purported entries which meet some, but less than all, of the requirements of the foregoing clauses (A) – (D) shall automatically be deemed disqualified and void.
   Alternatively, you may enter the Sweepstakes by legibly and accurately printing your full first and last name, full mailing address, date of birth, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card, and then mailing the card in a stamped envelope to: Spraytec Super Bowl 60 Giveaway Sweepstakes, 3215 99^th Street, Urbandale, Iowa 50322. All entries by mail must, regardless of when postmarked, be actually received by Sponsor by 11:59 PM (Des Moines, Iowa time) on the final day of the Entry Period.  Sponsor is not responsible or liable for delays or delivery failures occasioned by the U.S. mail, any transportation service, or any other cause whatsoever.
6. Invalid Entries; Only One Entry Permitted: Any entry that is incomplete, received outside of the Entry Period or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, will be disqualified. Entries from residents of any jurisdiction in which this Sweepstakes is prohibited by law, or any jurisdiction outside of the eligible jurisdictions as set forth in Section 1 of these Rules, are ineligible and will be automatically disqualified.  Sponsor will not verify or confirm receipt or validity of entries.  All entries received become the sole property of Sponsor.  You may enter only once, and you may not attempt to enter multiple entries by using automated accounts (e.g. “bots”) or multiple accounts, identities or devices. If you submit multiple entries, use fraudulent or deceptive methods, otherwise violate or attempt to circumvent the Rules, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, then you (and all entries submitted by you) may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
7. Prize: There will be one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes. The winner will win two (2) tickets to the professional football championship game commonly known as Super Bowl 60 (or Super Bowl LX) (the “Event”), which is presently scheduled to be played on February 8, 2026 in Santa Clara, California (such tickets, the “Prize”).

   Sponsor reserves the right in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion to substitute for the Prize listed above a replacement prize of equal or greater value.  For purposes of the foregoing sentence, “value” shall mean (and shall be limited to) the face value of the tickets that constitute the Prize  No cash or other Prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.  PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FROM SPONSOR. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor does not control the Event and shall have no liability if the Event is cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise modified.  The Prize consists only of the two (2) tickets described above and does not include airfare, other transportation costs, lodging, meals, or any other matters related to attendance of the Event.  The location and features of the tickets constituting the Prize shall be determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.  No particular location or other features regarding such tickets are guaranteed.

8. Taxes and Expenses: The winner is responsible for paying all taxes, fees, and expenses relating to winning or receiving the Prize.
9. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor anticipates that may entries will be received, and as such (given that there shall only be one (1) winner), the odds of winning will be very low.
10. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing (or substantially similar method of selection) conducted by or under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram (“Winner Notification”) shortly following the winner selection (Winner Notification will be via e-mail, if the winner is a mail-in entry). Sponsor shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with the winner’s inability to receive the Winner Notification, including but not limited due to winner’s “spam” or “junk” or security settings, or failure of any social media platform or Internet service provider. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner must execute and deliver to Sponsor, each in form and substance determined by Sponsor: (a) a Prize Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Release containing an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release giving Sponsor permission to use, without consideration, the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, image, voice, social media avatar, and/or statements made about the Sweepstakes, for any purpose in any media; and (b) all information required by Sponsor for 1099-MISC tax reporting (collectively, the “Winner’s Documents”). Sponsor may disqualify and refuse to award a Prize to the winner if the winner fails to execute and deliver the Winner’s Documents to Sponsor.  If the winner does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth herein, or, if within twenty-four (24) hours after Sponsor has attempted to transmit the Winner Notification, the winner has not responded to the Winner Notification and executed and delivered all Winner’s Documents. Sponsor may conduct additional drawings to award the Prize if the initial winner(s) are disqualified. ANY VIOLATION OF OR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES BY THE WINNER (AS DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) SHALL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. The Prize and the winner’s rights to receive the Prize are non-transferrable and non-assignable.  Any purported assignment or transfer of the Prize or rights to receive the Prize is void and of no legal effect and shall result in disqualification of the winner.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may retain control and custody of the tickets constituting the Prize to prevent resale thereof.  Any resale or attempted resale or transfer of such tickets by the winner (or any person or entity on behalf of the winner) is strictly prohibited.
11. Rights Granted by You: To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, you irrevocably agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and their respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to or by you, to print, post, publish, broadcast, distribute, excerpt, modify, and otherwise use, throughout the world, in any media now known or hereafter existing, your entry, name, social media handle, likeness, image, voice, social media avatar, and/or statements made by you about the Sweepstakes, for any purpose whatsoever (including without limitation news, publicity, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes), without any royalty or other compensation whatsoever to you. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 11 applies regardless of whether you win a Prize.
12. Suspension/Termination: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any lawful reason, expressly including without limitation if any computer virus, malicious code, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects (or is deemed by Sponsor to be reasonably likely to corrupt or affect) the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation or suspension, or, if deemed appropriate by Sponsor, may also include eligible entries received after Sponsor takes remedial action with respect to the matter. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper (or Sponsor believes has tampered or attempted to tamper) with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to take all actions necessary to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to voiding entries for any reason. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may void entries in the event of any of the following: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT (INCLUDING YOU) OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO ALTER OR DAMAGE, HINDER OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. No Sponsor Liability for Technical Failure. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for, and Sponsor shall have no liability for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problem or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, platform, provider, computer equipment, or software; failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of human error, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any social media platform or web site; theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of any system, platform, or computer, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including but not limited to any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
14. Limitation of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Promotional Associates, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, and agents, and the shareholders, members, officers, directors, managers, successors, and assigns of any of the foregoing, from any liability, loss, death, injury, litigation, claim or damage that may occur or arises, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence of the foregoing released parties or not, resulting directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize or any portion thereof, (iii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, platform cable, network, hardware or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, platform, or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; and/or (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
15. Dispute Resolution. You agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or a Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa or the Iowa District Court for Polk County; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, in entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be awarded; and (3) under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive, all rights to claim, seek, and obtain punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

17. No Implied Endorsement: This Sweepstakes is in not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes. DO NOT attempt to contact Instagram with questions related to the Sweepstakes; refer such questions to Sponsor.
